  • Fix and configure email issues.

  • We also provide complete software support for all Mac computers running with iOS 10.6.8 and above, iPads, iPhones, iPods, iCloud and the iTunes.
  • Complete Tune-up and optimization for your Windows PC, and if you are a windows user you computer must be installed with at least Windows XP and above.
  • Our Support team runs a quick or deep scan to find Virus, malware, adware, and spyware to remove them.

Note: Getadvisor does not repair or replace any faulty, damaged hardware. However, as a gesture of goodwill, a full diagnosis will be done to find the faulty parts.
In case if your device is still under warranty you may qualify for a free replacement or repair.

Getadvisor highly recommends that you speak with the original manufacturer of the device or the product for any free support and services.

Terms amendments:

Getadvisor reserves the right to make amendments to the current Terms and Condition,

  • by (a) posting a revised version of the Terms and Conditions on the getadvisor.co.uk/terms.
  • You should check the Getadvisor terms page for any such changes. To avoid spam, we do not send any changes to our terms & conditions via email or other modes.

Our Support services are available 24×7, 365 days a year, via phone call, email chat and via contact us page.

Refund Policy:

One-off Support
full refund for incident based support if you are not happy with our services within 30 days of enrolments. No refund for incident based support after 30 days.

Annual Support

Due to any reason you are not happy with support and services provided by support advisors.

Any refund will be limited to the amount paid to Getadvisor. please note that you must have all the prerequisites required to resolve issues. for eg:

  • You must have the working internet connection
  • And the computing device must not have any hardware issues.
  • For hardware failures, we will help you diagnose the issue and you can contact us once the required, any cost involved in the parts replacement or repair will be paid by you( the user).

Fee & Payments:

The pricing and plans are inclusive of all Taxes if any. You must pay all charges in advance for any support services with the Getadvisor. You will receive an Email confirmation to the registered email address that you provided at the time signing up for our services.
All kinds of Credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer are accepted. You also acknowledge and confirm that the payment method you have used to pay for our services is yours.

Limitations of Liability:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in no event shall Getadvisor be liable to you more than the amounts paid by you to Getadvisor under the Plan Order that is the subject of the dispute.
Any cause of action by you must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be forever waived and barred.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Getadvisor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, consultants, suppliers, and any third-party Web site providers harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages,and costs, including actual attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of the material terms of these Terms of Use, any misuse or abuse of a Service, any use of the Service that amounts to infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of Getadvisor or any other third party. You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required in Getadvisor’s defense of any claim. Getadvisor reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not, in any event, settle any case without the written consent of Getadvisor. You agree immediately to notify Getadvisor of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

Force majeure:
For these Conditions, Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of Getadvisor, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of Getadvisor or any other party). Failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, the breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
Getadvisor shall not be liable to the Customer as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions as a result of a Force majeure Events. If the Force Majeure Event prevents Getadvisor from providing any of the Services for more than ten days, Getadvisor shall, without limiting its other rights or remedies, have the right to terminate the Contract immediately by giving written notice to the Customer, which will be further sent to users via email.
